Hi guys! Tonight I have the second half of the Julie G Bohemian Dreams collection to share with you. To be honest, I haven't been this impressed with a mainstream collection in months, especially at the price point. Speaking of pricing, individual bottles retail for $3.99, but you can buy the whole collection for just $9.95 on the Jesse's Girl website. I don't often say this, but I recommend buying the whole set to save yourself some major bucks...and because it's a beautiful collection. So how about we get to the final reviews?
Julie G Harmony (2 coats)
Up first we've got Harmony which is a medium lavender creme with blue undertones. Like some of the other colors in the collection, it has a bit of dustiness to it. I had no issues with the application and it had full coverage in just 2 coats. Since these are all cremes, you should expect easy removal as well.
Julie G Henna (2 coats)
I have no idea what color Henna is. In some lights it looks more dark brown, in others it's more raisin or even purplish. It dries a shade darker on the nail compared to the bottle color, and I needed just 2 smooth coats for full opacity.
Julie G Karma (2 coats)
And last, but certainly not least, we have Karma which is a medium cerulean blue creme with some green undertones. Ok, I guess you'd call that teal, but it has less green than what I'd call a true teal. That said, it's my second favorite from the collection. No, I think Karma is tied with Henna. It basically applied itself in 2 easy coats.
So there you have it! See why I love this collection so much? My top picks are Eden, Karma, and Henna, but the other pinks/purples are certainly just as beautiful. Again, you can find these at your local Rite Aid store, but if you don't have one, stop by the Jesse's Girl Cosmetics website for all your makeup and nail polish needs. Stay up-to-date on all things Jesse's Girl on their Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages.
