Sally Hansen Teal Tulle (2 coats and no topcoat)
Have you seen the new Sally Hansen displays with the nail art supplies? Right next to those I found the Satin Glam polishes and Teal Tulle instantly caught my eye. It is a teal color with lots of metallic shimmer which dries to a satin (not really matte) finish. It leans more blue than green and is absolutely gorgeous. I found the formula to be thick, but just the right thickness. The only problem I had was with drying time; just when I thought my nails were dry, I would do something and mess up a nail! Grr! I mean, the drying time wasn't too long, but it felt really dry to the touch so I thought it was ok. It was not ok. Other than that, this was an awesome polish. You can find these at your local drugstores right now and price will vary depending on where you get it.
