Zoya Darcy (3 coats)
Man, I know I only had to work 2 days this week, but I am glad it's Friday. Being off from work has made me a wuss about getting up early and I wasn't having any of it. Oh, I also just went and bought the whole new Doctor Who collection from Pahlish. I never buy full collections, so you know it must be good (and that I love Doctor Who). Any Doctor Who fans should run over to Shannon's site and pick some up.
Since Zoya is having their super huge 3 free polish sale, I thought I'd start on the backlog of Zoya polishes I've been hoarding for the past month or 2 to help you choose. Please feel free to go through the other polishes I have previously reviewed for inspiration. Tonight I have Darcy, which is a sunny yellow creme from their summer collection. Why did I buy this? I'm not really sure because I already own Zoya Pippa, and while not dupes, they are pretty close. Perhaps I bought it to find that yellow polish with perfect application. While this wasn't bad, it wasn't perfect, either. It was slightly thick, but you still needed 3 thin coats for full coverage. You could probably even get away with 2 coats if you're careful. If you want a brighter yellow, go with Darcy; if you want a lighter yellow, stick with Pippa.
