The last week has been a huge challenge for me. I didn't think I would get this stressed, but boy have I. I just wanted to give a quick thank you to everyone for your continued support and kind words the past few days. Just knowing I have a few more people pulling for me really helps. Tomorrow is the day that I defend, so I won't be posting tomorrow either. Either way (if I pass or don't pass) I will be back to posting this week. Again, you guys have been great.

Good luck tomorrow! In my experience, advisers don't let their students defend unless they're ready, so I have no doubt you will pass. Soon you will be Dr. Right on the Nail! I have entirely blocked out my defense; other than the memory of my adviser saying, "I worked with him; he's dead," in response to every person I mentioned during my talk. I bet live people care about what you're doing and that you'll knock their socks off.
