Whoa my fingers look dry! I am so sorry about that (I think I was swatching a lot that night and didn't want to put lotion on to mess up application). Sugar high is such a bright pink creme! I'm not really sure if you'd call this a neon exactly, but it is definitely on the verge of it. Application was a bit of a pain on this one. If you look at the ends of my nails you can see that the polish sort of pooled there. I tried to apply thin coats, but this didn't really happen. I would also just wait a few moments between coats. The thinner should be busted out for this one. What a fun Barbie pink color!
